The results of the second allotment for undergraduate degree admissions under UG CAP has been released by the Calicut University on Monday at the official portal which is uugcap.uoc.ac.in.
The Varsity declared the degree allotment based on the merit of the qualifying marks and the short-listed students are free to confirm their admission through CU's online process.
Earlier, CU has published the trial allotment on 2nd June while the first allotment was released under Calicut University CAP 2017 on June 13.
In order to get the allotment results students need to visit the official site(uugcap.uoc.ac.in) where class 12th registration number of the respective candidate is needed to avail the result.
The students may also check their results through the mobile app launched by the university for UG CAP 2017.
The University had received around 1 lakh applications for the admission but the CU has only 65 thousands seats to offer for various undergraduate programs in 279 affiliated institutions.
Moreover, to confirm their admissions students are further advised to confirm their alloted seats within June 21 or may wait for the third allotment result which will soon be released on June 24.

The University of Calicut is all set to conduct four rounds of allotment process having two special allotments for SC, ST and BPL candidates.
After the completion of this prolonged admission process by 14th August, the classes for the academic year 2017-18 is going to commence from 5th July 2017.
