CBSE NEET UG Exam 2017: Here is how you can stay stress-free and confident

The Central Board of Second Education (CBSE) will be conducting National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2017 (NEET UG 2017) for the admission to MBBS/BDS courses on May 7. The NEET exam will take place on May 7 from 10 AM to 1 PM. For more updates applicants can check CBSE’s designated website www.cbseneet.nic.in.

But aspirants to avoid growing anxiety, it is very important to know about how to deal with such stressful situations. The first thing is mental discipline, which plays a major role in deciding overall dispensation of the students.

At this point of time, students need to be more focused, well read and confident but without any stress or tension.

Not to forget self-confidence is one of the most powerful tools, including peace of mind in scoring good marks in exams.

Don’t panic keep calm:

Students the first thing you need to keep in mind is to calm then move ahead. 
Make your routines accordingly also include some leisure time.

Exercise or take a walk:

You don't simply need to sit at one place without a walk, take you tike go for a walk this will help you stay away from feeling low or tired.

Proper sleep:

Do not underestimate your sleep, try to get enough sleep.
Enough sleep helps your brain to assimilate new knowledge into your long-term memory so that you can recall it later.

Eat properly:

Do not skip your meals  
Try to have fruits and juices as much as possible.
Eating good food makes uplifts your mood.

Stay social:

Stay in touch with people, there is no need to cut ties, do social networking, stay updated, play games and keep your mind as active and as curious as possible.

Motivating TED talks:

Watch and listen to a lot of motivating TED talks, experiences of successful people will keep you optimistic. Make the best use of technology. Sometimes, word plays an important role in elevating the mood.

Share what on you's mind:

If you have something in your mind or facing some problem then make sure that you are informing your parents or somebody near to you.
