The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee on Friday has announced the Joint Entrance Examination Advanced 2019 or JEE Advanced 2019 examination, to be held on Sunday, May 19, 2019.
The JEE Advanced 2019 exam will be organized by one of seven Zonal Coordinating IITs on behalf of Joint Admission Board (JAB).
According to JEE Advanced official website, the JEE Advanced 2019 examination will be conducted in fully computer-based test mode both for Paper I and Paper II.
Registrations for JEE Advanced 2019 will open tentatively from the first week to the second week of May. Moreover, the result will announce tentatively on the second week of June.

The Joint Entrance Examination or JEE Main is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) as its first stage. Thereafter, the JEE Advanced conducted the second stage test for the qualification of pursuing graduate level courses in Indian Institutes of Technology or IITs.
The JEE Advanced exam is the gateway for aspirant students to get admissions in Engineering, Sciences or Architecture courses.
Counselling and allotment of seats will be done by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) under the Ministry of Human Resources Development (MHRD).
Last year, IIT Kanpur conducted JEE Advanced on May 20, 2018.
