New Delhi:
An official notice for cancellation of SSC MTS Examination has been released on the official website of Staff Selection Commission (SSC). Only the SSC MTS Non Technical Paper 1 Afternoon Shift conducted on April 30, 2017 stands cancelled.
The step was taken by the SSC keeping in view the reports of an alleged paper leak of the mentioned examination. The notice was released on Sunday evening confirming the examination is cancelled. The notification for the new date of re-examination of SSC MTS Paper 1 would be provided in the official website ssc.nic.in.
A statement was issued by SSC confirming that the MTS Exam paper for the afternoon shift conducted on April 30 was found to be compromised. SSC issued statement commenting that the re-examination for the candidates who appeared in the shift would be duly notified on the official website.

Provisions will also be made by SSC in order to notify the students affected suitably. A spokesperson told that the inconvinience caused by the cancellation of the paper was regretted.
SSC MTS Exam was conducted April 30. The question paper and the answer keys were easily available on social media. All came to light when Neetu Singh, the director of KD campus, uploaded the images of the question paper and took assistance fromn the SSC and PMO.
Students should take notice that the examination that was conducted in the morning shift is valid and would not be re-scheduled. The schedule for re-examination would be available shortly.
