The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board (WBJEEB) on Wednesday welcomed the online applications for WBJEE 2019, the prestigious state-level competitive exam for admission to various undergraduate courses in engineering, pharmacy and architecture in Universities and degree colleges across West Bengal. Candidates who are waiting eagerly to appear for the engineering entrance test should apply online by January 22, 2019. The board has made the application form available at its official website, which is wbjeeb.nic.in.
The WBJEEB is all set to conduct the entrance examination on May 26, 2019, in various centres all over the state. The board is expected to release the WBJEE 2019 Admit Card online on May 14. The result is likely to be declared on July 2, 2019.

Here are the steps to apply online for WBJEE 2019:
Step 1: Visit the official website – wbjeeb.nic.in
Step 2: Click on ‘apply’ under new candidates’ log-in
Step 3: Provide necessary information for registration
Step 4: Go to the homepage and apply under registered candidates log-in
Step 5: Fill application form, upload signature and photograph
Step 6: Pay the application fee of Rs 500 and the bank’s service charges as applicable
Step 7: Download confirmation page for future reference

In case there is any mistake in the application form, candidates must rectify the same and download the revised confirmation page between January 23 and January 25, 2019.
The documents which are required during the registration process include Aadhaar Card, Student identity card, Voter card/Passport number, Bank account, Credit/Debit card/ internet banking details, Bank account details, scanned photograph and signature of the candidate.
