Bihar Police Constable recruitment for 9900 vacancies declared, all you need to know

The Central Selection Board for Constables has declared around 9900 vacancies for the direct recruitment of female and male constables in Bihar Police, Bihar Military police, and other police units through out the state. Candidates, waiting eagerly to apply, may go through the official website which is csbc.bih.nic.in.

Here we bring you some important informations which candidates should keep in mind.

Eligibility:

It is essential for all the candidates to clear the Intermediate (10+2) or they should have Maulavi certificate from the Bihar Madarsa Board or should have Shashtri (with English) or Acharya (without English) certificate from the Sanskrit Board or any other equivalent certificate recognized by the Bihar State Government. 

The age limit for applicants is 18 years to 25 years for male and female candidates belonging to the general category, as on 1.06.2017 while for OBC candidates there is 3 years of relaxation. For SC/ST candidates the age limit is upto 30 years.

There are also some physical measurement criteria for applicants for which candidates should go through the official notification available on the CSBC website.

Registration Process:

General/OBC/OBC-NCL candidates need to pay Rs.450 while SC/ST candidates have to submit only Rs. 112 by using Debit Cards, Credit Cards & Internet Banking.

The online application is available on at www.csbc.bih.nic.in and candidates should submit it from 31.07.2017 to 30.08.2017 only.

Selection Process:

For final selection candidates need to clear two rounds- written examination and physical fitness test. All shortlisted candidates need to undergo medical examination before appointment, failing which will lead to disqualification.
