Issac Paulallungmuan, 12-year-old boy from Churachandpur distrcit's Kangvai village is going to become the youngest person in the state to appear for the class 10 board (HSLC) exams. Interestingly, according to the test conducted by the Department of Clinical Phycology, RIMS Imphal, his IQ stands at 141. The unique talent and abilities of this 12-year-old body has been acknowledged by the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur. Subsequently, the board has allowed Issac Paulallungmuan to appear for the upcoming class 10 board exam. This will make him the youngest person in the state to appear for class 10 board exam.

Issac’s aptitude and Talent is already proven by the Department of Clinical Phycology, RIMS Imphal where his phenomenal IQ marks him in the category of genius persons. Meanwhile, according to reports, Isaac Newton had an IQ of 170 – 190.

In the meantime, Issac is excited and happy at the same time to appear for the upcoming class 10 board exam. Issac says, "I am happy and excited. I admire Sir Isaac Newton because I think I am like him & we share a common name."
