Common Management Admission Test CMAT 2019 Exam today, last minute instructions you must know

CMAT 2019: The Common Management Admission Test (CMAT 2019) is being conducted by the National Testing Agency today i.e. January 28, 2019. The exam will begin at 9:30 am and will conclude at 12:30 pm. More than 60,000 students will appear for the exam. Arrangements have been made at 183 examination centres spread in 84 cities across 24 states and Union Territories. All students have already downloaded their admit cards, which were released by the NTA in first week of January. But those of you, who have yet not downloaded admit cards, you can log onto NTA’s official website ntacmat.nic.in for the admit cards.

The CMAT and GPAT admit cards are one of the most important documents that the candidates must carry during the examination. In India, there are more than 1000 institutes that accept the CMAT score and the GPAT scores are accepted by over 800 pharmacy institutes in the country. The GPAT is held for admission to Masters in Pharmacy or M.Pharma or its equivalent courses across the country.

How to download admit card

Step 1: Visit the official website, nta.ac.in

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the link ‘download admit card’

Step 3: Enter registration, roll number

Step 4: Admit card will appear on the screen

Step 5: Download it, and take a print out for further reference.

 

Last minute instructions you must know 

Call letter: The aspirants must carry to carry their call letter at the examination centre today. In case the students don’t carry the call letters, they won’t be allowed inside the examination centre.

Identity proof: Students must carry an identity proof with them. It can be anything ranging from your passport, Aadhaar, PAN card, driving licence, b\voter card, bank passport attested by a gazetted officer or school/college ID card attested by the head of your institution.

NTA has banned following items inside the examination centre: You can’t carry mobile phones, pagers or any other communication devices.

Union Ministry of Human Resource Development said in a statement on Sunday that 403 candidates are registered for the examination at two centres in two cities in northeastern states and 1,197 candidates at 14 centres in three cities in Jammu & Kashmir.

In view of the request received from the local administration due to inclement weather, CMAT-2019 is also being conducted on January 29 for 187 candidates belonging to Kashmir region at Srinagar, who were earlier allotted centres in Jammu, said the ministry.
