The Congress party on Monday released a list of three candidates for Lok Sabha Elections in Uttar Pradesh. The list includes names of candidates from Allahabad, Domariyaganj and Sant Kabir Nagar parliamentary constituencies. Â
The Congress has fielded Yogesh Shukla against Bharatiya Janata Party’s Rita Bahuguna Joshi from Allahabad. Shukla had unsuccessfully contested Lok Sabha Elections in 2009 from Allahabad on BJP's ticket. The BJP had fielded him from Allahabad after party veteran Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi switched his constituency and contested from Varanasi.Â
