Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday launched an all-out attack at the Congress saying they talk about ‘love’ yet support people who want to cut me into pieces. Accusing the grand old party of peddling a false 'dictionary of love', the prime listed what he believed was a list of the many insults that have apparently been hurled at him by the leaders of opposition.

"They have called me a resident of the gutter, a rat, a monkey, Hitler, death merchant and questioned who my father was and so on," PM Modi said while addressing a rally in Kurukshetra, Haryana. He emphasized that the Congress leaders have worn a mask of love and spread hate as they can't stand the love people of this country have given him.

He also accused the opposition leaders of loving Pakistan and spreading hate against the people who laid the foundation for this country. "There are people who give Pakistan credit for India's development," PM Modi said in Kurukshetra.

"One of our officers got caught while defending against Pakistan. He was returned in 48 hours. Instead of praising India's diplomacy, some wanted to give Pakistan PM Imran Khan a Nobel Prize," PM said while referring to an aerial dogfight between India and Pakistan following Balakot air strike in which Indian Air Force pilot Abhinandan Varthaman was captured. He was released after the Indian government put pressure on neighbouring country.

Earlier, PM Modi said in Fatehabad that after five phases of election, the Congress-led opposition has given up the fight and the "situation is clear" now that the BJP will form government at the Centre.

He said with the blessings of the people, the BJP-led NDA formed the government in 2014 and in the past five years, India's stature has increased in the world.

"Now, the situation is quite clear, with the blessings of countrymen, when results will be out by May 23 evening, it will once again be 'Phir ek Bar (Modi government again)'," the prime minister said in a rally in Haryana's Fatehabad.

"The Congress and their 'mahamilavati' allies have given up the fight, and their intention to form a 'kichdi aur majboor sarkar' in Delhi has fallen flat,? Modi said.

He alleged that the Congress has done "brashtachar ki kheti" and the proof is in Haryana and elsewhere.

Ten Lok Sabha seats of Haryana go to polls in the sixth phase on May 12.
