The BJP's manifesto will be released today in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The BJP is releasing its manifesto for Lok Sabha polls just three days before the first phase of polling on April 11 and a week after the Congress released its. Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra will address joint rallies in Uttar Pradesh's Saharanpur, Shamli and Bijnour. BSP chief Mayawati will address rallies in Greater Noida and Meerut. Taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, NCP president Sharad Pawar Sunday said while the former is otherwise "alright" but turns hysterical during elections.
