After a landslide victory in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections, Narendra Modi visited his parliamentary constituency Varanasi on Monday. He paid a visit to the Kashi Vishwanath temple along with BJP chief Amit Shah and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Preparations were on in full swing in Varanasi where Modi will hold a five-kilometre-long roadshow and address BJP workers.

The city has been lined with banners and festoons featuring photographs of Narendra Modi. PM Modi is expected to visit the famous temple at around 10 am. 12.45 pm: After the campaign, I used to think of coming here but I used to recall your orders. Maine socha ye nahi to koi aur baba. Rarely is a candidate so relaxed, as I was, during elections & the results. Your hardwork was the reason for it. I was relaxed so I went to Kedarnath.

12.43 pm: I may be PM for country but I am always a worker for my party, says PM Modi.
