'Achhe din hai' turned into 'chowkidar chor hai' in 4 years, says Rahul Gandhi

Congress president Rahul Gandhi will address a rally in Dehradun. All eyes are on Manish Khanduri, the son of former Uttarakhand chief minister and BJP leader Maj Gen (Retd) BC Khanduri, who is likely to join the Congress even as he is seen on stage at the event. He is likely to be fielded from the Pauri Lok Sabha constituency, from where his father is the current sitting BJP MP.
