"Yogi Adityanath ko Ajay Singh Bisht kehna Bharatiya sanskriti ka apmaan hai, Vande Mataram, Bharat mata ki jai (Calling Yogi Adityanath as Ajay Singh Bisht is an insult of out Indian culture. Vande Mataram, Bharat Mata ki Jai)," the man shouted during the press conference.Â
Yogi Adityanath, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, belongs to the Nath Sampradaya and like his Guru before him, he is an active politician in Uttar Pradesh.
However, despite being a politician, Adityanath remains a revered saint of the Nath Sampradaya and the Mahant of Gorakhnath Math, one of the most important temples of the sect.
