Former cricketer Sreesanth has been controversy’s favourite child. Be it the cricket field or television screens, the fast pace bowler has often invited trouble for himself. Right on the Day 2 of the show, the cricketer from Kerala refused to perform the ‘BB Press Conference’ task and later, lost his cool while threatening to leave the Bigg Boss house. The contestant has displayed hot-headed behaviour in a reality show before. Sreesanth, previously quit the dancing-reality show, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa in the middle of a shoot.

On Day 3 of the vexed show, The former cricketer opened up about serving a lifetime ban for his involvement in the 2013 IPL spot-fixing scandal. The cricketer shared his aching experience and said, “I’m still pondering on this thought since 5 years-- Why am I not allowed on the ground? In future, if my kid decides to become a cricketer, I can’t even accompany him to a school’s playground. I, in fact, can’t access any playground in the entire world. That’s how the rule is!

The cricketer, who seemed deeply saddened by the thought, said, “I miss playing cricket desperately. I made a plastic ball yesterday in the house and I was falling–apart at that moment.

After his cricket career ended, the cricketer delivered the same aggression at the gym building a bulky and muscular gait for himself. After sweating it out at the gym, he embarked upon a career in Malayalam films.

With a controversial past, the cricketer-turned-actor is expected to give the housemates and his audience a chance to know him better. However, Sreesanth has managed to survive the sword of eviction this weekend and we just hope he sticks to his promise of not walking out of the show again.
