The 13th season of the popular reality show is all set to begin soon on the ColorsTV and the show is already creating headlines as fans have started anticipating the prospective contestants of the upcoming season. The makers of the show are trying to rope in new and controversial participants for the show.
As per some media reports, the makers of Bigg Boss are in talks with popular TV star Rashmi Desai and Tina Dutta.
However, neither of them has confirmed their participation in Bigg Boss 13 and are still thinking about the offer.
Regarding her participation in Bigg Boss, Rashmi told SpotboyE, "They did call me and also had a meeting but I don't feel I’ll be able to do the show for my personal reasons. Although they want me to participate... so, let’s see’’.
Meanwhile, Tina Dutta is yet to make any revelation regarding her association with the show.
Also, Salman Khan will return as a host for the 13th season. It was being reported that the Dabangg hero is charging a whopping amount of over Rs 400 crore for the whole edition. A source had informed an entertainment portal, "Salman is charging a whopping amount of Rs. 31 crores per weekend which makes it a total of Rs. 403 crores for a mere 26 episodes.
It is being said that the actor has an offer to make and he might as well be producing the show. along with shows like The Kapil Sharma Nach Baliye in his kitty already," was reported previously.
But as per latest reports, the actor is not charging Rs 400 crore for this season. The informer told Pinkvilla, "The season will extend for the usual 105 days, which means 15 weeks. Last year, he charged Rs 11 crore per day of shoot. He shoots both the weekend special episodes in a day and so, in 2018 he minted Rs 165 crore from the whole season.
BB 13 will be a notch higher. He has hiked his fee and will get Rs 13 crore per week, which means Rs 6.5 crore per episode. That also means that he will in fact be earning close to Rs 200 crore (Rs 195 crore exactly) this time and not 400 crore as being reported."
