During a fun quiz, Urvashi asked Anil, "How many seasons of Bigg Boss has Salman Khan hosted?" Anil correctly answered 10. To this, Salman retorted that this would be his last season. "Bas! Bohut ho gaya. Last season hai ye abhi. Jab tak price nahi badhaenge tab tak kuch nahi karunga main," he joked.
Salman Khan become synonymous with Bigg Boss, so much so that the show draws most of its TRP duing the Weekend Ka Vaar episodes. Fans don't even remember the fact that Arshad Warsi, Amitabh Bachchan, Shilpa Shetty, Sanjay Dutt and Farah Khan have also hosted the show at some point in time. Well, considering what he just said, this season will be Salman’s last season as he is fed up with the show but it only depends on the show makers if they give in to his demands of hiking the price so that they can retain him.
However, it can also be so that Salman was only joking as the Dabangg actor has been saying so since the past three seasons, There was a point when he was done with the contestants' unruly behaviour on Bigg Boss 10 when he made the claim but calmed down very soon.
Meanwhile, earlier reports suggested Salman is drawing Rs 13 crore per week, which means Rs 6.5 crore per episode. That also means that he will in fact be earning close to Rs 200 crore (Rs 195 crore exactly) this time.
