Alia Bhatt on her relationship with Sidharth Malhotra: 'He will always be special'

Alia Bhatt has finally opened up on her relationship with Sidharth Malhotra and admitted that the 'Ek Villain' actor hold a special place in her life. The actress stated she doesn't mind being spotted with Sidharth at parties or lunches. Sid and Alia have been one of the most talked about couples of tinselvile. While the reports of their affair have been doing the rounds since they made their debut with 'Student Of The Year' in 2013, the couple has always maintained a tight lip on their relationship status.

However, during her recent interview, Alia chose to wear her heart out and finally spoke about her equation with her rumoured beau.

"There's no denying that I do spend time with him. So, I am not going to say that, 'Oh, I wasn't spotted with Sid'. I was seen and I am okay with people spotting me there. I am very happy going to parties with him and being spotted at lunches with him. But I do the same thing with my other friends as well and spend time with them too," Alia was quoted as saying. She further added "Sidharth is and will always be special. That goes without saying."

Interestingly, the actress also asserted the reports about her dating Sidharth doesn't affect her anymore as she got to used to such rumors.

"It has become very blah. It has become like second nature to me. There was a point when I used to find this piece of information interesting because I was like, 'wow, they are talking about it.' Then, there was a point when I used to find it irritating, and then it stopped affecting me at all. Now, it has reached a point where it's not even information anymore," Alia said.

On the work front, Alia Bhatt has been roped in for Zoya Akhtar's upcoming directorial venture 'Gully Boy' opposte Ranveer Singh. Besides, she will also be paired up for Ayan Mukherji's superhero film 'Dragon' with Ranbir Kapoor.
