R Madhavan starrer Rocketry – The Nambi Effect’s teaser was released on Wednesday, piquing the curiosity among the masses and conveys a message that this thriller cannot be missed. The 1.23-minute-long teaser starts with Prime Minister Narendra Modi announcing the successful launch of Mars Orbiter Mission (MOM) by Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). Madhavan shared the news of movie’s teaser release on Instagram at 11.33 am, where he promises that once you watch the film and know the story, you will be moved and you will not be quiet.

The teaser starts with praising India for achieving the target to reach Mars in its first attempt and that too at a comparatively lower cost, despite Russia and America made many failed attempts. When all the patriotism gathers and you feel proud about the country, a voice interrupts the scene and says, “What if I say we could have achieved this milestone before 20 years?” The voice continues, “My name is Nambi Narayana. I spent 35 years in Rocketry and 50 days in prison. This is the story of what my nation has paid in those 50 days of prison. It’s not about me.”

The teaser will give every Indian a chill and the promising delivery by Madhavan, makes it feel like the wait for Summer 2019 will be pretty long.

Amitabh Bachchan and Aamir Khan shared the universal teaser on their Twitter handle and praised the work of the Rocketry – The Nambi Effect actor.

Aamir finds the teaser very intriguing and shared the teaser from his Twitter account. Hey guys, check this out. Looks very intriguing to me. Love. A,” wrote the Thugs of Hindostan actor.

Maddy is co-directing the film with Anant Mahadevan. ‘Based on real life incidents’, the movie is slated to release in summer 2019.
