After the much-publicised wedding of Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, it seems another popular celebrity couple is all set to tie the knot. We are talking about Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja.
The Bollywood diva who is known for her being a fashionista, has been dating the businessman for quite some time. The adorable couple is yet to declare their love in public but grapevines are buzzing with the rumours of their marriage.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Sonam and Anand will walk the aisle on May 11 and 12 in Geneva.
A source from the wedding planner team informed Mumbai Mirror, ‘’The date and venue for the wedding have been locked and mass bookings for fl ights are presently underway. Her dad Anil Kapoor is personally making phone calls to invite guests. There will be sangeet and mehendi ceremonies, followed by a traditional Hindu wedding’’.
The Kapoor and Ahuja families were initially considering Jaipur and Udaipur as the wedding destination, but the couple opted for Geneva, as per the report in the leading daily.
 “The nuptials will be preceded by an engagement ceremony attended by the family’s inner circle, but the venue for that is presently not knownâ€, the source told Mumbai Mirror.
Interestingly, the Neerja actress has chosen Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla to design her wedding outfit, as per the report.
On the work front, the beautiful actress is gearing up for the release of her much-awaited film Veeri Di Wedding. The Shashanka Ghosh directorial which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Swara Bhaskar will hit the silver screens on June 1.
