Bollywood actor Zareen Khan has filed a complaint against her former manager for allegedly sending her inappropriate and insulting messages, a police official confirmed. The officials said that Anjali Atha, actor’s former manager, allegedly sent her several objectionable messages on her mobile phone after the two had a heated dispute.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police Paramjit Singh Dahiya said that after the complaint was made, a case under IPC section 509 (word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) was registered against Anjali at Khar police station on Thursday.
However, the official added that no arrest has been made yet. The police are still investigating the matter and verifying the complaint.

The 31-year-old actor made her Bollywood debut with 2010 release Veer opposite Salman Khan. She was later seen in Hate Story 3, Wajah Tum Ho, Aksar 2 and 2018 release 1921.
