ZERO trailer is out! The world is celebrating Bollywood’s king Shah Rukh Khan’s birthday, and to celebrate his birthday in style, the King of Romance – SRK – launched the trailer of his highly-waited movie ‘ZERO’ at a mega event at Mumbai’s Wadala IMAX on Friday. The three-minute 14 seconds long trailer shows Shah Rukh Khan as Meerut’s Bauua Singh, who is search of a perfect, beautiful bride for himself. His eagerness and search brings him to India’s capital Delhi where he finds a wheelchair-bound Anushka Sharma.
Bauua Singh pretends to be in love with Anushka, but finds a friend in a Bollywood superstar, played by none other than Katrina Kaif.
This off-the-hook love story somehow takes U-turn when Katrina disrespectfully throws SRK out of her house and calls her ‘Zero’.
From there onwards, by the looks of it, the film trailer becomes a story of friendship, love, betrayal and winning the broken love back. But there is a TWIST in the end of the trailer, the story hints at a sci-fi angle, which could be interesting for the fans.
Directed by Aanand L Rai and written by Himanshu Sharma, Zero is also Sridevi’s last film, where the late actress will be seen in a cameo role. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif in lead roles and celebrates ‘incompleteness in people’. Alia Bhatt and Karisma Kapoor are also expected to be in the movie in special appearances.
Zero is slated to release on December 21.
