Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt take the PadMan challenge, pose with sanitary pad

After superstar Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt becomes the latest Bollywood celeb to complete the PadMan’s challenge. The actress took her Twitter handle to share a picture of herself with in the gym with a sanitary pad.

She wrote, "Just hanging around in the gym, with a pad. No biggie. Thank you Akshay Kumar for the challenge’’.

The makers of PadMan started this challenge as a way for promotion and the lead actor Akshay Kumar tagged three contenders including Deepika Padukone, Virat Kohli and Alia Bhatt for the challenge.

Bollywood celebrities who took the PadMan challenge until now includes Aamir Khan, Alia Bhatt, Twinkle Khanna, Akshay Kumar.

PadMan is a story of a man Arunachalam Muruganantham who invented low cost sanitary pad making machine and create awareness about the menstrual hygiene.

PadMan features Akshay Kumar, Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor in lead roles and the movie is slated to release on February 9.

The movie was earlier scheduled to release on January 25 but on the request on Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Akshay Kumar delayed the release of his film and showcased a good gesture.
