Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is known for keeping a low profile and is rarely seen posting on various social media platforms. But on some occasion, the actor manages to scoop some time out of his busy schedule and shares posts which are special to him. The same thing happened today, the 54-year-old took to his Instagram to pay tribute to his late father and filmmaker Tahir Hussain on his death anniversary.
The actor shared a set of priceless throwback pictures on social media and wrote: "Remembering my father." In one of the pictures, little Aamir Khan can be seen curled up in his father's arms. In another photograph, little Aamir can be seen posing for the camera in his father's arms which also features Aamir's mother Zeenat Hussain. The third picture shows Tahir chilling with friends.
Fans were quick too drop comments on the pictures. A fan wrote, ''Carbon Copy ho aap to (you are a carbon copy).'' Another wrote, ''Hey you just look like your father.'' Tahir was the brother of filmmaker Nasir Hussain and produced several films such as Tum Mere Ho, Caravan, Anamika, Zakhmeeand Hum Hain Rahi Pyar Ke. He also acted in 1977 film Janam Janam Na Saath, 1969 film Pyar Ka Mausam and 1961 film Jab Pyar Kisise Hota Hai.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Aamir Khan will be starring in the Advait Chandan directed movie Laal Singh Chaddha. The film will also star Kareena Kapoor Khan along with renowned south Indian star Vijay Sethupathi in a pivotal role. The Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan will share the screen space after working together in 3 idiots. The movie is expected to be a Christmas 2020 release.
Aamir was last seem in the 2018 film Thugs Of Hindostan, co-starring Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh.
