Aamir Khan starrer Dangal's box office juggernaut continues, surpasses whopping Rs 700 crore worldwide

Aamir Khan starrer wrestling drama ‘Dangal’ has shattered various records and doesn’t seem to be in a mood to stop anytime soon.The epic movie is in its 4th week and has grossed nearly Rs. 511 crore in the domestic market.

Further, it has weaved its magic overseas too and has earned around Rs. 189 crore in those markets too.Dangal’s majestic storyline and path breaking performances have thus helped it to earn gross collections of more Rs. 700 crore worldwide. Further, it is the only second Indian film to do so after another Aamir Khan starrer PK.

The movie is based on the life of Mahavir Singh Phogat who molded his daughters Geeta and Babita Phogat to become international wrestling champions.
