Abhishek Bachchan has finally opened up on sharing the screen space with his wife Aishwarya Rai after a decade in ‘Gulab Jamun’ and stated that the couple is still in talks for the movie. It was reported that the Bachchan couple will be working together after a decade in this movie, which was said to be directed by Anurag Kashyap. Abhishek and Aishwarya were last seen together in their 2007 release ‘Guru’.
Speaking about the same, Abhishek cleared that his movie with Aish is not being helmed by Anurag Kashyap, but he'll be the producer of the project. AB also stated that he is in talks for the movie which will have a new director and that it is better to wait for the producer (Anurag Kashyap) to make the announcement for the movie.
“That film is not directed by Anurag Kashyap. It will have a new director and will be produced by Anurag Kashyap. We are still in talks with Anurag about that and right now we can’t announce anything because I feel the producer is the right person when it comes to announcing a film,” Abhishek was quoted as saying.

Interestingly, Abhishek and Aishwarya’s love life has been the talk of the town lately as there were reports about a trouble in their paradise. However, the reports were shunned away after it was revealed that junior Bachchan has planned a special family vacation for Aishwarya and daughter Aaradhya.
"It has been a hectic six months for both Abhishek and Aishwarya. They had gone for a vacation in December last year, to ring in the new year. But they had to cut short their vacation because Aishwarya's father was keeping unwell. The next two-three months, the couple was juggling between the hospital and their work commitments. In fact, in April, Aishwarya and Abhishek completed a decade of marriage but because the actress' father passed away a few days before that, no celebration happened. Then Aishwarya and Aaradhya headed to Cannes and returned by May end. Now before both Aish and Abhishek begin work on their films, they want to take a break, relax and spend some quality time together. They will leave on June 13 and are expected to return by the second week of July, a few weeks before Pro Kabaddi's new season kickstarts," a source reportedly told an entertainment portal.
On the other hand, Abhishek Bachchan is in talk for five other projects as well - 'Sanak', 'Lefty', 'Erase' along with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Sahir Ludhianvi movie and Ronnie Screwvala's next, where as Aishwarya Rai is said to have been roped in for Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra directorial 'Fanney Khan'.
