Aditya Roy Kapur opens up on failure of 'Fitoor', says 'It affected me a lot'

Bollywood actor Aditya Roy Kapur, whose last release 'Fitoor' opposite Katrina Kaif flunked at the box office, has admitted that the failure had a hard affect on him.

Aditya had just one release in 2015 and the failure had a made him had a hard time.

However, the actor has revealed that it was his upcoming movie 'OK Jaanu' that made him overcome this failure.

"Last year was full of ups and downs. When 'Fitoor' didn't work, it affected me a lot. It hurts when a film doesn't do well. Fortunately, I started shooting for 'OK Jaanu' within a month and that helped. There's nothing like work to take your mind off setbacks," Aditya told a leading daily.

The actor will soon be hitting the silver screen with Shaad Ali's upcoming directorial 'Ok Jaanu' opposite Shraddha Kapoor.

Interestingly, this is the second time Aditya is sharing the screen space with Shraddha. The two had made their big Bollywood debut together in 2013 'Aashiqui 2'.

Aditya is quite excited about the movie, which revolves arounf the new-age romance and live-in relationships, and is having high hopes for it.

'OK Jaanu' is slated to release on January 13.
