A wedding invitation has taken the internet by storm which claims that Bollywood celebrities, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are set to tie the knot on 22 January 2020. The wedding invitation reads, "Mrs. Neetu & Mr. Rishi Kapoor cordially invite you for the Sagan Ceremony of their son Ranbir with Aliya (D/o Mrs. Soni & Mr. Mukesh Bhatt on wednessday, 22th January, 2020 5:00 pm onwards." As per the invitation, the wedding is supposed to take place at the Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur.
Is it real or fake?
Well, if you’ll closely look at the invitation, you will notice that Alia Bhatt's name on the invitation is spelt wrong. It says 'Aliya' instead of 'Alia'. Also, her father's name on the invitation is wrong. The invitation says 'Mukesh Bhatt' instead of 'Mahesh Bhatt'. The date of the wedding is mentioned as ‘22th January’ instead of 22nd January. This could mean that the wedding invitation that is getting fans excited is indeed a fake one.
I'm going to attend Mukesh Bhatt's daughter Aliya's wedding to Ranbir Kapoor on 22th Jan...

Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor love affair reportedly started while they were shooting for their forthcoming film Brahmastra. In an interview with Firstpost, Alia had revealed that she pleaded with director Ayan Mukerji to cast her opposite Ranbir in Brahmastra. ''The idea for Brahmastra was conceived long back when Ayan had just done Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. I wanted to work with him and I have always wanted to work with Ranbir as well. I pleaded to Ayan that please cast me with him,'' she had said.
In another interview, Alia had said, "It’s beautiful. I’m walking on stars and clouds right now. The best part is that we’re two individuals who are living our own professional lives in its full form right now. He’s shooting continuously. So am I. It’s not a situation where you’ll see us constantly together. That’s the true mark of a comfortable relationship. Nazar na lage."
The movie will also feature Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni and Mouni Roy, and is set to hit the screens during summer 2020.
