In a social media world of Instagram and Facebook, it just takes one 'share' and 'like' for an image to go viral. One particular yet heart-breaking picture that is garnering notice on the internet is a selfie of young school kids using a slipper instead of a mobile phone to take a picture. While the authenticity of the image is questioned on one side, the other side shows the innocence of the children, regardless of its credibility. Though the location and the photographer behind the viral photo remain unknown, the picture is quick to grab attention from the netizens inducing several celebrities, who poured out their thoughts on the viral picture.

Celebs to take notice of the image was Amitabh Bachchan, who unlike other celebs felt the snap was 'photoshopped'. Boman Irani and Atul Kasbekar regardless of the authenticity of the viral click were among the several others who were left in awe by the innocence of the children. Sharing the snap on Instagram, the ‘Munnabhai MBBS’ actor shared a quote, “You’re only as happy as you choose to be”.

While television producer Siddhartha Basu, who also took notice of the viral picture wrote, “These pics gone viral on the net. Cannot get the smile off my face, or the lump out of my throat. “Big B, who was quite skeptical about the picture tweeted in reply to Atul’s tweet, Mr Bachchan tweeted back, ".. with due respect and apology .. i feel this is photoshopped .. notice that the hand that holds the chappal is different than the rest of his body in size  .. to his other hand by his side !!" he tweeted in response to Atul Kasbekar's post.

The image has been 'liked' hundreds of thousands of times on social media platforms like Instagram and Twitter.
