A few days ago, a viral picture of children taking a selfie with a slipper conjured all sorts of emotions in the social media even leading prominent figures like Amitabh Bachchan, Anupam Kher, Atul Kaskebar among others to comment on the innocent picture. Big B’s comment, however, unlike the rest of the celebs who remarked on the ‘innocence’ of the children and the ‘satisfaction’ stood out for the unwanted reason after he called the image ‘photoshopped’. His tweet goes like this, ‘’ with due respect and apology .. i feel this is photoshopped .. notice that the hand that holds the chappal is different than the rest of his body in size .. to his other hand by his side !!’’ This comment from the megastar is not going lightly for the netizens who felt the need to criticise the megastar.

After this tweet went on air, rains of trolls came pouring in for Mr Bachchan who clearly indicates that they are not with Big B on this one, one user posted a picture of Big B with Ranbir Kapoor and taking a sarcastic turn in regards to Big B’s comment wrote, ‘’With Due Respect, Could We Plz Call This Selfie Photoshopped Too? While one user ‘’Amitabh ji, i think u should go to shankar netralaya now... Aap ko original aur photoshop picture ka farak nahi samaz aaraha hai’’.
One user even took the utmost step to point out the missing slipper from a girl in the group, implying that the other slipper had been used as the camera.
In fact, the rants of trolls for Big B has not seemed to stop.

@ SrBachchan sir.. I think the slipper belongs to that another small boy.. See his one foot is on the ground with similar slipper and another one (since he has removed slipper) is hanging with the support.. I think this is genuine image with genuine innocence..
