Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is all set to turn 75 on October 11. And while his fans are ecstatic about Big B's milestone birthday, the veteran actor has revealed that he will neither celebrate his birthday nor Diwali.
The 74-year-old actor took it to micro-blogging site Twitter to share the news and wrote, "75th Birthday ! Ya .. so .. ?? celebration, no celebration, going here, going there."
In fact, Bachchan even mentioned that he won't be able to celebrate Diwali as well.
Indeed, his message has sent a wave of disappointment amongst his fans but Big B has a valid reason for missing out all the celebrations.

The Pink actor will reportedly be travelling for his upcoming movie Thugs Of Hindostan which also features Aamir Khan in the lead.
On the other hand, there are reports that it is the sad demise of his daughter-in-law Aishwarya's father Krishnaraj Rai that Amitabh has decided not celebrate his birthday and Diwali.
Krishnaraj Rai breathed his last in March this year after several days of illness.
On the work front, Bachchan will next be seen in "Thugs of Hindostan", which marks his first onscreen collaboration with Aamir Khan.
Directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya, the Yash Raj Films project will hit the theatres on November 7 next year.
