Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma is celebrating her 30th birthday on Monday. The tinsel town diva, who was last seen in Pari, is fulfilling her dream and building an animal shelter on the outskirts of Mumbai.
The Sultan actress, who is an avid animal lover, urged the people to take care of animals who are not as strong as human beings.
"I'm building an animal shelter just outside Mumbai - a home for those animals that are stranded, left to fend for themselves, have to brave harsh surroundings. A home where they will be cared for, loved, protected and nurtured’’, Anushka Sharma said in a statement.
The PK actress said that Dalai Lama’s words actually inspired her to work for animals welfare and ''make the world a better place for them’’.
