Madame Tussauds added another Bollywood celebrity to its list of wax statues and it is none other than the Sui Dhaaga actor Anushka Sharma. Anushka has proven her versatility over the many years of her Bollywood career. She has emerged as a global power brand and to cherish this achievement, Madame Tussauds unveiled her wax figure on Monday. Given her popularity across countries, the wax museum at Singapore unveiled the first ever interactive wax statue that will wow the visitors.

Anushka’s life-like figure holds a phone personally inviting visitors to snap a selfie with her, which can be digitally shared with friends and family. She will be the first wax statue in the Singapore museum with this feature.
The wax figure of the NH10 actor joins other Bollywood stars including Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, etc in the IIFA Awards Experience where one can re-live the glamour of the Bollywood awards ceremony.

In addition to being an actor, Anushka has always stood for many social causes and also owns her clothing brand, NUSH. She has also been known for her support towards animal welfare and equal rights. Taking the notion even further, the actor will initiate a campaign to save tigers and has partnered with Discovery Network and World Wildlife Fund (WWF) for Project C.A.T: Conserving Acers for Tigers, aimed at raising awareness to preserve the habitat of the rapidly collapsing tiger population.
On the work front, Anushka is gearing up for her upcoming flick Zero. The Aanand L Rai directorial also stars Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif in leading roles. The film is slated to hit the theatres on December 21, 2018.
