Ayushmannn Khurrana is set to cause a riot of laughter with Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety fame actress Nushrat Bharucha in a comedy film produced by Ekta Kapoor, who has had a successful year with Veere di Wedding and web series. The comedy film will be Ayushmann's next after impressing with back-to-back hits like Badhaai Ho and Andhadhun this year. Directed by Raaj Shanndilyaa, the film is expected to provide a visual treat for the audience.

And to celebrate their upcoming film, both Ayushmann and Nushrat, the leading actors who will be sharing screen space for the first time, were spotted having dinner together with Ekta Kapoor and director Raaj Shaandilyaa on Monday night.
Excited to work with Ayushmann, Nushrat shares, "After working with Ekta in the past, this is a homecoming of sorts for me. I am excited to work with Ayushmann for this comedy entertainer".
"Interestingly, this year has been [favourable] for strong content-driven films; and this film will, hopefully, continue this tide," further referring to the script by debutant director Raaj Shaandilyaa — who has previously written Jabariya Jodi, Welcome Back and Bhoomi — as one that is "supremely entertaining", Nushrat chirps.
Ayushmann Khurrana is currently enjoying the successful run in his career with Badhaai Ho and Andhaddhun released this year, which earned Rs 127 crore and Rs 72 crore at the box-office respectively.

The movie is all set to go on the floors in December first week.
