Ayushmann Khuranna is undoubtedly the jack of all trades. The prolific actor is a mellifluous singer and his Instagram captions are proof that he has deep interest in creative writing as well. The actor who is delivering one blockbuster after other at the box office now wants to pen down a script for his inspiration, Shah Rukh Khan.
At a recently held session on Twitter, #AskAyushmann, the Bala actor made the revelation.
One fan asked Ayushmann, "Have u really written a script for you and SRK ? #AskAyushmann" To which, the Dream Girl actor replied, "I really want to. I'm an SRKian and in #bala I've given a tribute to him in my own sweet way."
Ayushmann Khurrana has time and again said that he's a huge fan of Shah Rukh Khan. So much so, that he insisted the makers of Bala to incorporate that in the script of the film, and he revealed the same on SRK's 54th birthday.
Ayushmann penned a sweet post for his favourite actor. "Happy bday Shah sir @iamsrk. Main #Bala film mein aapka fan bana hoon. I'd insisted on this. So the producer & the director incorporated it in the script. Sapne dikhaane ke liye shukriya. Pyaar mein yakeen dilaane ke liye shukriya. Aapka jabra fan aur #SRKian. #HappyBirthdaySRK (sic)," he wrote.
Although seeing the two most loved actors sharing a farm is still a long term dream but considering SRK’s scepticism in choosing scripts and directors for his films, he can definitely give Ayushman’s desire a thought. The noble decision would indeed turn out to be a turning point in both their career.
Meanwhile, Bala hits theaters today. The movie also stars Yami Gautam and Bhume Pednekar in lead roles.
