'Baaghi 2': Box office RECORDS created by Tiger Shroff, Disha Patani starrer on first day

Tiger Shroff's recent release Baaghi 2 has taken over the box office with a storm. The movie, which is a sequel to Tiger's 2016 release Baaghi, stars Disha Patani in the lead and has been winning a positive response from the audience.

Baaghi 2 has managed to impress the audience and has made a mind-boggling collection of Rs 25.01 crore on its day of release.

# Tiger Shroff's Baaghi 2 has beaten Padmaavat on the first day to become the highest opener of 2018. Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmaavat, which was one of the most hyped movies of the year, made a collection of Rs 19 crore. However, Baaghi 2 surpassed Padmaavat first day collection with an earning of Rs 25.10 crore.

# Tiger Shroff has managed to leave a mark amongst the audience with his action hero avatar. His hard work has been well paid off and Baaghi 2 has become his highest opener. Earlier, the position was taken by Baaghi which had made an earning of Rs 11.87 crore on its day of release.

# Baaghi 2 has also become the highest opener for actress Disha Patani. The diva made her big Bollywood debut with MS Dhoni: The Untold Story. Disha was seen doing a cameo in the movie which had made a collection of Rs 21.30 crore on the first day.
