The first installament of the magnum opus Baahubali: The Beginning introduced us to a realm which was focussed on a tribal warrior boy Shivudu, played by Prabhas, who in reality belonged to the royal family of Mahishmati which was set on the backdrop of a mighty waterfall. While he was adopted by the tribal chief, Shivudu always had this curiosity about the waterfall.
Empowered by his curiosity and destiny, Shivudu ends up entering the Mahishmati Kingdom and confronts his legacy. While 'Baahubali: The Beginning' had some intriguing twists and turns, it was the clig-hanging question of 'Why Kattappa killed Baahubali' that made the audience wait for the sequel to desperately.
