'Baahubali: The Conclusion' a film by SS Rajamouli's which continues to break all the records at the box office has set another record on the 16th day and creates Rs 400 crore club.
After completing 16 days of release 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' or commonly known as 'Baahubali 2' has shattered yet another record by becoming the first movie to earn fastest Rs 400 crore.
Movie critic and biz analyst taran adarsh took to twitter and said "#Baahubali2 *400 NOT OUT*... Continues to shatter MYTHS + RECORDS... 3rd Fri HIGHER than *combined* Fri biz of #Sarkar3 + #MeriPyaariBindu."
Interestingly, 'Baahubali 2' is doing wonders at the international box office as well. It has become the first Indian movie to enter the coveted Rs 100 crore club in US. In fact, the movie itself created a history after it raked in over Rs 1000 crores worldwide with in just 10 days becoming the biggest blockbuster of all times.
Besides, 'Baahubali 2' has been doing an outstanding business in India and worldwide. The movie has not just beaten Aamir Khan and Salman Khan's 'Dangal' and 'Sultan' respectively, but has one become the first movie to touch the mark of Rs 400 crore. On the other hand, the Prabhas-starrer has also become the first movie to rake in a collection of over Rs 1000 crore worldwide that too in its first week of release.
Starring Prabhas in double role, 'Baahubali 2' also featured Rana Daggubati, Sathyaraj, Anushka Shetty, Ramaya Krishnan andTamannaah Bhatia in key roles. The movie was the sequel to Rajamouli's 2015 release 'Baahubali: The Beginning' and was released on around 9000 screens worldwide on April 28.
