After the phenomenal success of 'Baahubali 2', SS Rajamouli has dropped hints about the third instalment of the franchise. The filmmaker asserted that while he might vouch for 'Baahubali 3', there is one condition. 'Baahubali 2' has made a record smashing collection over Rs 900 crore worldwide in a week of its release.
Rajamouli said that he will only make the sequel of 'Baahubali 2' provided he gets a compelling story for it. "Who knows, if my father comes up with a compelling story, like he did before, then there is no stopping, we can always make it," the renowned filmmaker told a web portal. He also asserted that, "We have the market and if we made a film for the market without having a compelling story, that would not be honest filmmaking."
Currently, Rajamouli's father Vijayendra Prasad is busy with his upcoming Bollywood movie 'Manikarnika: Queen of Jhansi' starring Kangana Ranaut in the lead. The movie is said to be based on Rani Lakshmibai and said to release in 2018.
