Indian box office recently witnessed a major storm as the much awaited movie of the year 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' was released on April 28.
The movie has redefined the box office records of the industry as the it went on to get a phenomenal start on its day of release with a whooping collection of Rs 121 cr.
Since then there hasn't been no looking back for 'Baahubali: The Conclusion' or commonly known as 'Baahubali 2' and it has went to make sensational earnings.
In fact, going by the recent trends, 'Baahubali' has emerged as a bigger brand than the Bollywood titans including megastar Rajinikanth and the three Khans - Shah Rukh, Aamir and Salman.
Well, all four legends have given super hit with the last release - Rajinikanth's 'Kabali', Salman Khan's 'Sultan', Aamir Khan's 'Dangal' and Shah Rukh Khan's 'Raees'.
However, despite the grand following of each superstar, their movies have failed to beat Prabhas-starrer 'Baahubali 2' in terms of first week box office collections.
Notably, the first week box office collections of 'Kabali', 'Sultan', 'Dangal' and 'Raees' have been Rs 320 cr, Rs 208.99 cr, Rs 197.53 cr and Rs 109 cr respectively.
On the other hand, 'Baahubali 2' has raked in a monstrous collection of over Rs 800 cr in its first week of release.
Interestingly, the first week collections the four super hits of these Bollywood titans cumulatively too couldn't surpass the earnings of 'Baahubali 2'.
While the SS Rajamouli directorial has vanquished all the box office records so far, it has indeed redefined history with its enormous collections and has already been declared as the biggest blockbuster of the decade.
And as 'Baahubali 2' is expected to have a long run at the box office, it will indeed be creating set some unimaginable benchmarks for the upcoming movies.
