Bajrang Dal protests against release of ADHM

Bajrang Dal activists in their protest against the the release of Karan Johar's latest movie "Ae Dil Hai Mushkil", which features Pakistani actor Fawad Khan, demonstrated outside a movie hall in Purulia town in Purulia district on Friday.

Purulia SP Rupesh Kumar told that the agitation went on for roughly 20 minutes.

"Around 9.30 AM, 80-100 activists of the Bajrang Dal demonstrated outside the City Life mall where the film was scheduled to be released raising 'patriotic' slogans," the SP said.

However, the film was released as scheduled, Kumar said.

In the aftermath of the deadly Uri terror attack last month, film distributors decided not to release the film "AeDil Hai Mushkil" also starring Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
