Ayushman Khurrana-Kriti Sanon-starrer 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' which hit the screens on a modest note on Friday, has witnessed a good growth at the box office on Saturday. After gathering an amount of Rs 2.42 crore on the first day of its release, the much talked about flick has amassed a superior amount of Rs 3.85 crore on Saturday.
Taran Adarsh, film critic, and trade analyst took to micro-blogging site Twitter to share the second-day collection of Rajkumar rao-starrer 'Bareilly Ki Barfi'.
"#BareillyKiBarfi witnessed ample growth on Sat... Sun should be much better... Fri 2.42 cr, Sat 3.85 cr. Total: ₹ 6.27 cr. India biz.," Taran tweeted a couple of hours back.

According to the media reports, the venture witnessed a growth of 59% on Saturday.
Reportedly, the box office collection of 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' might be affected with the ongoing dream run of Akshay Kumar's 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha' which is doing a wonderful business.
In fact, the movie also has also a tough competition with Hollywood's latest release Annabelle: Creation.

Helmed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, the 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' revolves around the life of Bitti Mishra (Kriti Sanon), daughter of sweat-meat shop owner in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, who is chasing her dream.
While Bitti aka Kriti falls for Pritam Vidrohi (Rajkummar Rao) after reading his novel, Ayushmann is helping her to find him out. In the movie Ayushman has been seen portraying the character of Chirag Dubey who runs a printing press.
Also starring Pankaj Tripathi and Seema Pahwa in supporting roles, 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' is an Indian romantic comedy and an adaptation of Nicolas Barreau’s book The Ingredients of Love.
