The hearing for actor Salman Khan's appeal against Rajasthan High Court's verdict in the blackbuck poaching case was held at the Jodhpur Court today. However, the actor was not present for the hearing. The next date of court hearing is 27th September.Â

According to ANI, the court warned Salman Khan that if he doesn't appear before the court in next hearing, his bail will be rejected.Â
 The next date of hearing is 27th September.
Judge Chandra Kumar Songara has earlier asked the actor's team of lawyers to ensure that everyone is present in the next hearing in July that was scheduled for July 03 but got postponed by a day.
The actor in his appeal had challenged the High Court's verdict against his five-year jail term for killing endangered species of blackbuck in Kankani near Jodhpur in 1998, during the shooting of his film Hum Saath Saath Hain.
Salman Khan was sentenced to 5-years imprisonment in the 1998 Blackbuck poaching case for killing the endangered species Blackbuck in Kankani near Jodhpur in the year 1998 when he was shooting for the film Hum Saath Saath Hai with co-stars Ali Khan, Tabu, Sonali Bendre and Neelam. Salman was later granted bail after spending two nights in the Jodhpur Central jail.
In April 2018, when the Jodhpur Court found Khan guilty, the Dabangg actor was soon released on bail even before spending a night at the jail.
Post this verdict, Salman challenged Rajasthan High Court's decision by appealing to the Sessions Court.
In June the Jodhpur Court has acquitted the actor from the charge of submitting a fake affidavit in the 1998 blackbuck poaching case.
The report states that Salman had informed the court that he had lost the license documents while it was sent for renewal. Salman's counsel argued his intention wasn't to submit false affidavit.
