Shah Rukh Khan and Alia Bhatt starrer film ‘Dear Zindagi' directed by Gauri Shinde hit the theatres on November 25.
Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan were in lead roles in 'Dear Zindagi', which has received great response at the box-office. The film has earned Rs 32.50 crore, Rs 12.50 of which came on Sunday on its first week.
The film had opened with the collection of Rs 8.75 crore, which has only gone up thereafter. The demonetisation of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes by the government didn't have too much of an effect as the film is largely for the multiplex audience.

In 'Dear Zindagi' SRK plays the role of Jehangir Khan, an unconventional thinker and Kaira’s therapist. Shah Rukh Khan’s relatable monologue in Dear Zindagi’s teasers has peaked the curiosity of the audiences. But will this be enough to make people shall the precious cash during the crunch, box office collections will tell.
