Deepika Padukone fans, hold on to your seats as you might jump with joy as this news will sink in! Hollywood director DJ Caruso confirmed that Deepika's Serena Unger will be seen again on the big screen for another adventure in Vin Diesel-starrer "xXx" franchise.

This will be the fourth film in the franchise and will also star Chinese singer Roy Wang, Caruso stated on Twitter and welcomed the star on-board.

To this tweet, an Indian fan probed whether the "Padmaavat" actor will be a part of the film. Unveiling the silence, Caruso replied with a "yes" and said that the script is underway.

Deepika made her Hollywood debut with "xXx: Return of Xander Cage".
In May, Caruso had expressed a desire to shoot a Bollywood style dance number, featuring Padukone, for the end credits of his upcoming film.
