Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar’s biographical drama Saand Ki Aankh is slated to hit the screens this Friday, i.e. October 25, 2019 and ahead of the release, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, just like 'aam admi', a movie buff and a highly enthusiastic film critic attended a special screening with the lead cast and let out his review of the biopic of India's shooter dadis.
He watched the film along with his family. Mr Kejriwal posted pictures along with his family and Taapsee and Bhumi on his Twitter profile, wherein he described the Tushar Hiranandani-directed film as "very inspiring." Kejriwal tweets, "Watched the film Saand Ki Aankh with my family last evening... The story of Shooter Dadis, Chandro and Prakashi Tomar is very inspiring. Congrats Taapsee Pannu and Bhumi Pednekar."

Bhumi Pednekar thanked the Delhi Chief Minister for watching her film. The 30-year-old actress posted pictures from the screening on her Instagram profile and she wrote: "Thank you Arvind Kejriwal Sir for coming down with your family to watching our little gem Saand Ki Aankh and making the evening so special."
This is not the first Kejriwal has reviewed a movie. Waazir, Maanjhi: the mountain man, Drishyaam, Massan were some of the other movies that the Chief Minister watched and analysed for his followers.
Meanwhile, Sidharth Malhotra, Kartik Aaryan, Varun Dhawan and many other heaped praises on the film.Kartik Aaryan, who will share screen space with Bhumi Pednekar in Pati, Patni Aur Woh, called the film ‘powerful and impactful’. "
The film chronicles the story of the two women from Uttar Pradesh, played by Taapsee and Bhumi Pednekar. While Chandro has more than 30 national championships to her credit, Prakashi is said to be the world's second oldest shooter.The film is produced by Reliance Entertainment, Anurag Kashyap and Nidhi Parmar and directed by debutante Tushar Hiranandani.
