Is Shah Rukh Khan handing over the 'last' of his celebrated action-driven Don role over to Ranveer Singh? After fans were hit hard with the return of Don franchise as the last of the franchise titled Don: The Final Chapter, new reports now suggest that after the long eight years wait, Shah Rukh Khan may not return as the charmingly-dangerous Don Vijay.  

Latest reports from Mumbai Mirror indicates another blow for SRK fans because their reports as per DNA suggest that the superstar has walked out of Don 3 citing personal reasons as the reason for his exit. The report also added that makers have now approached the ball of goofiness, Ranveer Singh to chime in into the SRK’S action hit franchise. The report further adds that they are currently in discussing stage and nothing as of now has been confirmed yet, so don’t let your hopes down just yet.

The report further indicates that Katrina Kaif is being considered to take over Priyanka Chopra’s role in Don 3.

Last month Ritesh Sidhwani, while speaking to Mumbai Mirror, cleared the air for the Don franchise telling a daily, "We are still working on it and don’t know when it will happen. It’s a keenly awaited franchise and we can’t disappoint the fans." It has hence been blow after blow for SRK fans and his ever loyal Don loves.

However, no official confirmation has come through and other previous also suggest that SRK though has not announced his next project, is believed to have opted out of Saare Jahaan Se Accha to be a part of Don 3.
