With Shah Rukh Khan clearly off the clears for the Rakesh Sharma biopic’s Saare Jahan Se Achha for Don final franchise, it looks like filmmakers are shuffling hard to find the right star. After reports that Uri star, Vicky Kaushal will be stepping into the shoes of Shah Rukh Khan for the first Indian astronaut to travel in space biopic, new gossips now is also pointing towards Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga star, Rajkummar Rao.
Clearing the air of speculations that Rajkummar Rao is the pick of choice for the Rakesh Sharma, Rao in an interview with BollywoodLife had this to say, "There is no truth to that. I haven't heard anything like that."

Although, he dismissed all the claims he also made clear about wanting to take on the role. Speaking further about the biopic, Rao said, "Of course, I would love to do a biopic. I have done Bose, Aligarh -- which was in a way based on the life of a person. I would love to do a biopic. I think it is a great challenge as an actor because you get to portray someone who people have known and seen. So, you have to change yourself completely. You need to look like that person, think like that person and to relive his own life."
While it is entirely all up for the filmmakers to decide their pick between the two, we are sure that the two every talented rising actor, Vicky Kaushal or Rajkummar Rao will surely bag the role of the Rakesh Sharma’s biopic Saare Jahan Se Achha just fine.
