With Simmba taking home the crown in the box office, Ranveer Singh’s upcoming Gully Boy is all the talk of the town. While, the film is about a 22-year-old boy "Murad" (Ranveer Singh) from a ghetto in Mumbai, India, little can one predict that somewhere is the crumbling slums of the biggest slum in the world, Dharavi, Mumbai lies an aspiring rapper, just like Murad wishing upon his lucky stars.
Ranveer Singh in the third episode of the series, titled, Voice of the Streets, shows the real-life ‘Gully Boy’. He is an 18-year old fledgling rapper from Dharavi in Mumbai, MC Altaf.
