Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer 'Half Girlfriend' which is happened to be one of the most anticipated movies of the year is getting a positive response on the very first day of its release.
'Half Girlfriend- Dost se zyada, Girlfriend se kam' based on Chetan Bhagat's one of the best sellers of the same name is a love story of two college students namely Riya Somani and Madhav Jha.
While Madhav Jha is a typical middle class boy from Bihar and a big time loser in speaking english, Riya is a smart city girl who is chasing her dreams.
After becoming friend because of their common interest in Basket ball the poor guy falls in love with that rich girl from Delhi.
The movie starts with a sad scene where Riya leaving the heart-broken Madhav after which the guy is going to a flashback of some of his quality times spent with Riya.
Though this kind of typical romantic love story have been seen before in past, the heart melting performance by both Arjun and Sharddha will not let you to give up on it.
After a couple of hours of its release the movie has already started receiving a bunch of reactions all over the country.
